I have a Panasonic BL-C101. Can I add it as PnP camera to my account?
Yes, but there are several requirements to be met:
- The MAC address of the camera must be known to be PNP
- The camera should be available on the LAN, there should be DHCP server available.
- The camera should be in factory default state. No username or password set in the camera.
- The camera is not already added to an(-other) account.
- The firmware of the camera should be 3.50R00 or higher.
- The camera should have full access to the internet
How do I make my camera PnP?
The MAC address should be sent to support@cameramanager.com with a request to activate it as a PnP camera.

How do I add a Panasonic PnP camera to my account?
The adding procedure is as follows:
- Start the client application from a Windows PC on the same network as where the cameras are placed.
- Wait until a pop-up window appears asking if you want to add a camera automatically.
- Click yes and wait until the process asks to provide a name for the camera.
- Wait until the camera is added successfully.
Perform these steps for 1 camera at a time
My PnP camera is offline. What can I do?
- Check the cables of the camera: is the power suppoly attached? is the network cable connected?
- Reset the camera:
- From the software: Settings --> Advanced --> Camera finder, there click on the Reset button in the list near the name of the camera.
- Manually: make sure the network is attached. Press the Factory Default Reset button on the camera for 4 seconds. Wait for 3-5 minutes and see if the camera live view is available.
